Hey everyone!!! It has been a while since I last blogged. I had my hands on Great Place to Work Nigeria project. I started out with Great Place to work Nigeria as a Business development Consultant, after which another office was added to my porfolio-the Conference manager for the "Debut Great Place to Work Awards".

The award ceremony is past now.It was a successful event.I fulfilled the assignment that was handed to me. Am I looking for a new challenge? Yes I am, and this is to develope myself as a financial consultant(capital market) and as a leader(verbal communication).

While doing all of these, in my mind was a burning question,"how do we tranform our economy and improve the education sector?"The consequence of a bad economy and a jaundiced educational system is very evident in the society. The government is not coming up with a real mediation and the private sector is not properly connected with the "system" as to foster the translation of Nigeria from where we are in our history to where we all look forward to be.

Did I hear someone ask what the way forward is? Who has the answer? May I hear your thoughts?
